ABOUT THIS SPACE
​
A stylish three bedroom apartment in the upmarket suburb of Umhlanga Rocks. Very well located, well equipped accommodation with beautiful sea views, directly opposite Bronze Beach and the promenade. A few minutes walk to the village and many exceptional restaurants. This luxury apartment suits both couples and business travelers as well as families. The apartment has a spacious balcony and a communal pool and braai area. Please note that this is a residential building and has a NO NOISE policy.
THE SPACE
The apartment is well presented for luxury living with plenty of private space. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main room is furnished with a queen size bed and the remaining two bedrooms have double beds. A large balcony with beautiful sea views overlooks the pool and communal braai area.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as all communal areas including swimming pool and uncapped internet WiFi.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Only paying guests are allowed in this apartment.
The apartment is serviced daily excepting on Sundays and public holidays. The service involves a basic clean and making of beds.
We provide one set of fresh towels on check-in and provide washing facilities thereafter for your personal use.

Parties, loud noise and smoking are prohibited in this apartment and will result in an eviction!

Residents are requested not to arrive at or depart from the complex during unreasonable hours and preferably not between 20:00 and 08:00. Should this not be possible, residents are requested to be as quiet as possible

Loud music and entertainment is not permitted within a unit, on the terrace, at the pool and in the gardens

Neighbors must be considered while entertaining on the terrace and entertainment beyond 23:00 is not permitted

Laundry, clothing, and linen may not be hung on the terrace if it is visible from the front of the complex. If you are drying towels and costumes, please either lie them on loungers or on an acceptable stand. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should anything be dried over the railings

Only gas barbeques are permitted on the terrace

Residents are to refrain from speaking loudly on cellphones on the terrace and in corridors. If requested to desist, Residents are expected to comply with such request

Children may not use the corridors as a play area

At no time should the Corridors be used for smoking

Use of the pool is restricted to residents and the prescribed number of guests. The rules relating to the use of the pool are displayed in the pool area and must be adhered to

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. It turned out to be perfect for 4 adults and 1 toddler. It felt great to stay in a modern and luxurious apartment close to the beach with partial sea views. The kitchen had all the appliances and crockery that we needed and the dining area was more than adequate. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location is great because its walking distance to Umhlanga Sands which has lots of activities for the kids as well as restaurants. My family and I will most certainly be back.

The apartment is a short stroll to Umhlanga main beach which is one of South Africa’s most popular surf spots. Or enjoy a promenade walk with the family to the Umhlanga Lagoon Nature Reserve. Although right on the edge of the holiday town of Umhlanga, this little piece of wilderness is a refuge for many wetland and coastal forest species and is a popular destination for both young and old. From the entrance on Lagoon Drive, the trail goes past a picnic area and crosses a wooden boardwalk before cutting into coastal forest which is home to vervet monkeys, small buck and butterflies.
Umhlanga village is only a few minutes walk from the Apartment. ‘The Village’, as it’s come to be known, is still one of KZN’s most popular restaurant hubs. With the beach and village only a stone’s throw away, out-of-towners flock to this tourist-friendly strip for the wide selection of restaurants and stylish pubs. For the shopaholics the apartment is only a short drive up the hill to visit Gateways Theatre of shopping. Durban's Marine Parade and Ushaka Marine World are also only a short drive into the city of Durban.
Getting around
Taxi's and Uber are more than readily available in and around Umhlanga.

Parties, loud noise and smoking are prohibited in this apartment and will result in an eviction! The apartment is only available to booked paying guests. Please note, we offer a basic service Monday- Saturday (excluding Public holidays) anytime between 9am and 3pm. If on arrival at the apartment the time is inconvenient for you, the housekeeper will return the following day.

We provide a fresh set of bath towels on check-in and provide a washer/dryer thereafter for your personal use. Please be mindful when removing make-up. Damage to white towels will taken from security deposit. We do not provide pool/beach towels.
All toiletries, toilet paper, cleaning products and supplies are complimentary on arrival only.

The pool is accessed from the 4th floor, last door exiting the building on the north end. Please note that the pool area is not for use after 6 pm.
​
We ask that our guests respect the neighbours with regards to noise levels after 10 pm. Failure to comply may result in a fine.

Please note that unless a late checkout has been approved by the host there can and will be a penalty levied for any late checkouts after 10am.
